An error is an error is an error. It needs to be fixed. Be it small or large.
Here is what I would suggest.
Send your grievance to:
Politely include all the facts, and explicitly state that you want remedial action within 5 business days on receipt of this letter.
If that doesn't work, inbox me and I will try to help you. Usually, the above works VERY well.
Here is what I would suggest.
- Document everything!
- I really mean that - Document everything! Your calls (whom you spoke to, their full name, designation, time/date, etc.)
- Make notes of your conversations
- Follow up with a written email/letter if necessary.
Send your grievance to:
- Banking Ombudsman (See: http://www.bankingmohtasib.gov.pk/)
- Write a letter to the Head of Retail Banking of your bank
- CC the Head of Internal Audit of the Bank
- CC the President of the Bank
- CC the Head of Customer Support for the Bank
- CC the Banking Ombudsman
- CC the Director of BPRD (Banking Policy & Regulation Department)
- CC the Director of Banking Inspection (On-Site) Department
- CC your Lawyer.
