How frequent is fraud in mobile check deposit systems?

Two possibilities. The commonality of the fraud is unknown.

1. Bank identity theft (information about your name, address, bank name, bank account number, routing number, check number sequence)
2. Because the check is not franked, duplicate presentment issues.
