How does PayPal verify customer accounts, including DOB, name, address, and SSN?

Pretty simple:
- DOB via SSN
- They will do a small value deposit into your back account (using your credit card).
- You will need to verify the deposit amount (this would verify your bank account)
- You will need to let PayPal know the transaction details as they appear on your credit card statement (this will verify you as the card holder)
- For telephone, they do a call back
- For address, they send a code to your address which would need to be confirmed back to PayPal which would confirm your address.
