Most Pakistani software companies are okay with SWIFT transfers coming into their accounts. For those that have a SaaS based business and/or other small transactional business, most have PayPal accounts or other borrowed accounts outside of Pakistan into which payments can be made.

For businesses that have the opportunity to incorporate outside of Pakistan, they do so, and open their bank accounts in the West and also get the PayPal, etc. credentials.

Most businesses starting out either go through a work-exchange (oDesk, eLance, etc.) or direct deposit for payments.
