Quite an open-ended question, but the answer is, it depends. It depends on the type of transaction and from which country it is being done in Europe (part of EU or not?).
Generally, if the transactions is small, (say less than US$ 500), expect to pay about US$ 20-25 for the wire-transfer (not counting your bank's fees, which couple be implemented in between for correspondent banking).
If using a 3rd party service, expect to pay about US$10-15 for the same.
For larger amounts, more banking towards the commercial payments, the rates can vary vastly. Average is about 50-80 basis points from the interbank rate.
