Depends where I am shopping:
- Domestically (Pakistan), 90-95% of the online shopping market is cash on delivery, which works just find. You order online and then pay cash (or via cheque if you have a relationship with the vendor) and goods are delivered to your door step.
- Internationally, I use both a domestic Prepaid Card (Visa / Mastercard) and also use US based Prepaid Cards (Amex Serve, and GreenDot).
