It used to be that you could go to your bank and do what was mentioned below. Not anymore. The Government of Pakistan has placed limits as to how much money you are allowed to legally take outside the country. Currently, at the time of writing this answer, the limit is US$ 30,000 per person per year.

You can go to your bank and ask them to do an international wire transfer. The restrictions these days are, that the funds have to be transferred from person to person, i.e. in the US, you would have to send it to another person. Some bank may even ridicule you and ask why you are sending money to a non-Pakistani name, versus a Pakistani name (assuming they want to see some connection).
Your bank can tell you on the monetary restrictions of how much money you are allowed to take out of the country.
Forgot to mention, there is no limit (just checked with my friends at the bank). As long as your money is legal/white, there is no limit. Advisable, is chunks of US$ 10,000 but you can also send US$ 1 Million or US$ 300,000 in one-go.
