You can opt for pre-shipment inspection. I don't think you will find much luck with buyers and banks who will work on post-shipment inspection.

Preshipment inspection is pretty easy to incorporate in your L/C. Companies like Cotecna or SGS are worldwide leaders in preshipment inspection.
