How can I receive payments from PayPal users if PayPal doesn’t allow incoming transfers in my country?

Honestly, if you don't have a PayPal receive in your country, chances are legally you just cannot accept that payment. That's the whole framework of PayPal. This has been a dilemma for literally 10,000s of people who are deprived of this and opt for circumventing the process by using their friends/family PayPal accounts in other countries, etc.
