How can I get a co-branded prepaid Mastercard, Visa, or PayPal card for my virtual assistants that also promotes my website with my logo?

Not sure where your virtual assistants are, but from the US this is difficult (not impossible, just difficult). Many companies provide such a service, for example Payoneer would do this for you, provided you meet their numbers (most will require you commit to 10,000+ cards).
There are quite a few providers in Europe also, the one that comes to mind is Lamda Card Services (no affiliation).
Even an issuing bank would work with you directly, if you have a good business rating and relationship with them.
Its all about the numbers.
