Most likely you would need to have some sort of an API access to Square's system to be able to generate transaction logs that such-and-such transaction has been completed.
Traditionally this is not the case, and it would require revisiting some of the privacy and/or security parameters that would need to be scrutinized when allowing such 3rd party alerts to go out.
A crude method would be to work with the emails that the merchant receives for the successful transactions and work with them for further forwarding.
