This would be done in the same way as any other ACH payment is done.
The ACH will not differentiate or deter same person originator/receiver payments, provided the origination account is different from settlement account.
As long as you have the information on the Savings or Money Market (routed?) account, you ought to be able to setup an ACH file for on-ward processing.
If you're doing an ACH pull, you will require prior permission from account holder.
