In essence you cannot. Most EU Banks are following the stricter guidelines being implemented to mitigate money laundering and to do a better KYC (Know Your Customer).
If you want to company account, you will (to the best of my knowledge) have to be present at the bank branch where you would like the account to be opened. This is true from Norway to Romania!
