When in doubt, don't!
We keep a pretty well-researched database of all the MTOs, Money Service Businesses worldwide, this one is not on it. This doesn't necessarily mean this is not legit, however, I would question the website. No FSA (FCA/PRA information, Ireland registered, but no MSB license information, ABout Us cites they are an Internet only company. The domain is a sub-domain (See Free Domain Registration + Free DNS Service.) so this flags the entire website in my opinion.
