PCI compliance for Bitcoin hasn't been defined per se (last time I checked), however, it is sound methodology of securing and locking down your systems.
Mobile Wallet transactions that deal with card data, are subject to PCI compliance.
Mobile Wallet transactions that deal with card data, are subject to PCI compliance.
