Does MSB in Montana has the same value as MSB in Canada?

Montana does not have a Money Transmitter License; it is simply an MSB Status. You can use it within the state of Montana, or for transactions either originating or terminating from the state of Montana and the rest of the world, or simply the rest of the world. In reality, most banks & MTOs do not recognize it as a valid license, as there is no license. It is an exemption status.
