You're aggregating payments on your marketplace. For VISA/Mastercard you need to become a PF (Payments Facilitator) yourself, if you plan on completing and processing payments, without the use of a third party payment processor.
You can use full-stack platform providers like WePay (no affiliation), who enable processing for marketplaces. The underwriting would still be done, but you would most likely need to apply as a marketplace with VISA/MC directly as an aggregator by becoming a principal member.
