Do MagTek and IDTech provide white-label hardware readers?

A white-labeled reader would imply that both Magtek and IDTech would be in the business of payment processing (via acquiring), which they are not.
The most that both these companies would be willing to do, is to customise the reader for you, provided enough readers are ordered for them to be able to either brand it for you, or even OEM a bespoke design for you.
The app that comes with these readers is a straight forward app that helps/aids developers to be able to read the encrypted data (as read from the card) and be able to parse that information along to the app that would actually be communicating with your back-end processor.
The SDK as supplied with the reader is not something you can use out of the box - you would need to have a developer use the SDK to code the front-end app for the mobile device, the parsing of the data to the merchant processing server, etc.
