Could money be “wiped out” the way an ant society functions without money?

Can it? Yes, it is a human construct. Will it? Eventually, yes!

If you look at some of the futurologists like Gene Roddenberry, the creator of Star Trek, there was no money in Gene’s future.

Gold, Silver, Diamonds, all lose relevance when you have a meteorite that is for example made of gold of platinum. when humanity eventually ventures out in space, and we will venture out, not for money, but perhaps more for survival and curiosity (because it can).

We have to be a multi planetary society for money to be wiped out (in my opinion), else it is just a great utopian, what-if scenario.
