Can you view all money transfers made through a specific Western Union account over multiple years?

Western Union for legal purposes is required to keep records of all transactions for a minimum of 7 years. In some cases much longer. Chances are that Western Union has complete record of all the transactions associated with a particular account. The only problem is, that they are not legally bound to give it to you or share it with you, without a court order saying so.
