Two things here:

  1. You need to ask Faysal Bank or SCB to open your card for Internet transactions. If that fails, then...
  2. Go signup for MCB Lite. Its a beautiful card to use on the Internet. You need to open it (i.e. request) for Internet transactions. Since it is a wallet, you simply IBFT money into the wallet and your exposure is limited. It is a great card for online purchases.
