Can I use only Payoneer’s virtual card without receiving a physical card?

At present, Payoneer does not offer VCT virtual card technology, whereby you are issued virtual cards, as opposed to a physical one.

However, if you did receive the physical one, you can most certainly use it for CNP (card not present) transactions on the internet.
