Are most payments from non-U.S. institutions to U.S. individuals made via wire transfer?

If an Non-American institution is making money to American citizens, it would most likely be direct deposits, wire transfer or some form of a wallet or debit. If the institution is outside of the US, then most likely wire transfers.

Regardless of the method chosen, banks will always make money on transferring of money.
