Fundamo didn't pick sales as they had projected. Had VISA not acquired, they (Fundamo) would be in a pretty pickle from what I hear.
Fundamo's market/sales rests on a few countries and even within such countries, they do see a lot of competition from other wallet/mobile-banking providers.
Waste of $100 Million - probably not.
